Met up with the Helg-meister this morning for a good ride in the chill. After yesterday's freezing rain, I thought that the path would have been impassable in some spots, but for the most part it was in good shape. We did intervals along Fullerton beach for a total ride (for me) of 22 miles over 1 1/4 hours. Not great, but it is December after all.
Anyway, read Helge's post. I can't describe the ride and feeling any better.
